just listened to the Yeah yeah yeah's new album - It's Blitz (oh to be a fly on the wall for the brainstorming session that led to that title)
Anyway, apologies for being negative but it left me colder than Pingu's piles.
On a positive note, I've been getting into the TRS80's album - manhattan love machine and Michael Marra album - Posted sober. |

Posted sober, is that the one with "Frida Kahlo's Visit To The Tayside Bar", that's a beauty.
Been listening to Pentangle's Sweet Child box set, blown away by lots of it, some ott jazzyness that i'm still not finding too palatable. Right now I've got on Tortoise, the blue one, and I think I'm liking it even more than the white one.
High places sounds fun R, only got pukey pc speakers just now though. |

aye, Frida Kahlo's Visit To The Tayside Bar is the best song on it and also one of my all time fav tunes.
Been enjoying listening to some Kimya Dawson from the moldy peaches, about 4 tunes from the movie "Juno" soundtrack, the song "loose lips" is a cracker, a breath of fresh air after snow patrol at the SECC which was one elongated mind numbing chorus. |

its true, i was verily fluffed into the nasmless chorus chasm where the all pervasive tsunami of chorus engulfed my very giblets and rendered immobile the intrinsic module of my whole cytoskeletal integrity.
Maybe i should have went to the toilet. |
